In a 4-week mesocosm experiment at Tvärminne Zoological Station we are studying how microphytobentos and plankton are responding to warming and changing salinity. Among many different things we measure biodiversity, greenhouse gas concentrations, and biomass. The results can tell how different species will cope with future climate change in the marine environment.
