Students of Monitoring waterbodies-course experienced that we had to cancel ice sampling this winter 2023. Instead we went for regular water quality sampling down to the local beach. The students repeated all field methods they had learned in the autumn and identified benthos and plankton in the lab afterwards. Well done everybody! In the picture: Yuxin, Sonja, Nadia, Daniel.
